Poster submissions present information in a visually engaging format, highlighting work through charts, graphs, maps, etc. There will be an in-person poster session during the conference where presenters may engage with in-person attendees regarding their posters. Please note that AV equipment is not available for poster sessions. If there is more than one presenter, all presenters must register individually.
Themed panels allow for extended discussion on a particular topic by organizing individual presentations within a single theme. Panels may include between 3–5 speakers (including a moderator, if applicable) and should reserve at least 10 minutes for questions from the audience. Speakers must register individually.
