For delegates registering from outside the Philippines, the following payment options are available:

Bank Wire Transfer: You may transfer your registration fee directly to our bank account.

⚠️ Important Note: A $6.50 bank surcharge, as well as any applicable intermediary bank fees, must be shouldered by the payor. Please ensure the net amount received covers your full registration fee.

Late registration will be accepted from November 16 to December 3, 2026, subject to available slots.

Please note the following conditions:

• No onsite payments will be accepted. Payment must be completed online to confirm registration.

• Late registrants may not be guaranteed printed conference materials (e.g., name in the program, ID badges, kits).

• Confirmation of participation is dependent on payment verification and slot availability.
