Late Registration Policy

Late registration will be accepted from November 16 to December 3, 2026, subject to available slots.

Please note the following conditions:

No onsite payments will be accepted. Payment must be completed online to confirm registration.
Late registrants may not be guaranteed printed conference materials (e.g., name in the program, ID badges, kits).
Confirmation of participation is dependent on payment verification and slot availability.

We strongly encourage all participants to complete registration during the regular period to ensure full access to conference materials and benefits.
